"Horrible experience, had this specific branch for 20+years, the last couple of years, they have cost me money with their mistakes, no accountability !!Jermiah, was no help ignored my calls, and told me on one call , what did I expect him to do?? His job!!! That would be helpful ,they pass the buck, I knew everything about office workers, one didn't know anything he just got back from vacation, another didn't do anything with my policy. Finally talked to Shannon Brooks, after I canceled, because they didn't cancel , when I requested it. I had to pay overdraft fees, and over and over again was told, from Shannon , what a great customer I have been?? Of course I was, I paid every month. And when they needed to fix the problem they caused, all of the sudden it's out of the branches hands?? I take responsibility for not canceling the first time Jermiah messed up on my policy!!"
